国と有料・無料を選ぶと、41 のカテゴリ（ゲームの小分類を含む）について、1位のアプリの評価数、上位10本の評価数の中央値、個人開発のアプリの数（推定）、公開から1年以内のアプリの数、ランキングに載っているアプリの数、最下位のアプリの評価数（ランク入りの目安）を並べます。有料ランキングでは上位10本の価格の幅と中央値も表示します。評価数の少ない順や個人開発の多い順などに並べ替えられます。

Rankpin は、次に出すアプリのカテゴリを数字で選びたい個人開発者のための iPhone アプリです。App Store の全カテゴリの有料・無料ランキングについて、1位のアプリの評価数、上位10本の評価数の中央値、個人開発のアプリの数、最下位のアプリの評価数などを、国ごとにカテゴリを横に並べて確かめられます。自分のアプリが入っている全ランキングの順位も、公開前から記録します。

特徴
次に作るアプリのカテゴリを数字で決め、公開したアプリの順位を毎日確かめるための道具です。
カテゴリの上位100本
カテゴリを開くと、上位100本の順位・名前・販売元・価格・評価数・公開年月を一覧にします。行を押して出るメニューから、アプリをマイアプリに登録できます。
マイアプリの順位
アプリ名・開発者名・App Store の URL・App ID で探して登録します。総合・カテゴリ別・ゲームの小分類別と、無料・有料・売上を組み合わせた全ランキングについて、順位と Apple の前回の更新からの増減を表示します。公開前のアプリも App ID で登録できます。
順位の推移
Apple がランキングの並びを更新するたびに順位を記録し、24時間・7日・30日・すべての期間でグラフにします。100位以内に入っていないランキングでは、最下位のアプリの評価数と公開年月を目安として表示します。
通知
1位になったとき、10位以内に入ったとき、ランキングに入ったとき、順位が上がったとき、公開待ちのアプリが公開されたときに通知します。条件ごと・アプリごとにオン・オフを選べます。
ウィジェット
選んだアプリの順位を、ホーム画面（小・中）とロック画面に表示します。中サイズでは7日間の推移も表示します。
データを集めません
Rankpin にはサーバーもアカウントもありません。順位と評価数は、Apple が公開しているランキングのデータを端末から直接取得します。登録したアプリと順位の履歴は端末の中だけに保存します。広告と分析ツールは入っていません。くわしくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
よくある質問
増減が「変わらない」のまま動きません
増減は、Apple がランキングの並びを前回更新したときの順位との差です。Rankpin が確認した回ごとの差ではありません。Apple のランキングの並びは数時間変わらないことがあり、並びが変わるまでは増減も同じ表示のままです。
通知が遅れる・届かないことがあります
アプリを閉じている間の確認は、iOS が時刻を決めます。数時間あくことがあり、「Appのバックグラウンド更新」がオフのときや低電力モードの間は確認しません。アプリの切り替え画面で上にスワイプして終了すると、次にアプリを開くまで確認しません。
最新の順位は、マイアプリの一覧を下に引くと確認できます。通知が届かないときは、Rankpin の「設定」の「通知」と、iPhone の「設定」アプリの「通知」の両方でオンになっているかをお確かめください。
101位以下の順位は見られますか
見られません。Apple が公開しているランキングのデータは、各ランキングの上位100本までです。100位以内に入っていないランキングは「ランク外」と表示し、目安として、ランキングの最下位のアプリの評価数と公開年月を表示します。
ランキングの本数が100本に届かないことがあります
Apple のランキングのデータから一部のアプリが外れることがあり、多く売れているカテゴリでも99本になることがよくあります。狙い目カテゴリでは、ランキングに載っているアプリが90本に届かないときだけ本数を表示します。
App Store の表示と順位が違います
Apple がランキングを更新する時刻の関係で、App Store の表示と一時的にずれることがあります。しばらくたってから、マイアプリの一覧を下に引いて確認し直してください。
副カテゴリのランキングに自分のアプリが出てきません
App Store のカテゴリ別ランキングには、主カテゴリのアプリだけが載ります。例えば開発ツールのランキングに載るのは、主カテゴリに開発ツールを選んだアプリです。App Store Connect で2つ目に選んだカテゴリ（副カテゴリ）のランキングには載りません。例外は「雑誌／新聞」で、副カテゴリが雑誌／新聞のアプリも雑誌／新聞のランキングに載るため、Rankpin は雑誌／新聞のランキングも確認します。
売上ランキングが App Store で見つかりません
売上ランキング（Top Grossing）は、Apple が公開しているランキングのデータには含まれますが、App Store の画面には表示されません。Rankpin の売上の順位を App Store の画面で照らし合わせることはできません。
登録する前の順位は見られますか
見られません。順位の記録は、アプリを登録した時から始まります。Apple が公開しているデータには過去の順位が含まれないためです。
「個人開発（推定）」の数は正確ですか
推定のため、誤りを含みます。販売元の名前に Inc.・Ltd.・LLC・株式会社など法人を表す語があれば法人・団体、人の氏名の形なら個人として数えています。販売元の名前だけで判定するため、屋号で販売している会社を個人と数えることがあります。判定の誤りは、アプリのアップデートで直します。
公開前のアプリを登録できますか
登録できます。「アプリを追加」で App ID（App Store Connect の「App 情報」にある Apple ID の数字）を入力し、「公開待ちとして登録」を押してください。公開されたあと、Rankpin の確認で見つかった時点からランキングの確認を始め、通知がオンなら「公開されました」とお知らせします。
ほかの開発者のアプリも登録できますか
登録できます。検索のほか、カテゴリの上位100本の一覧で行を押し、「マイアプリに追加」を選んでも登録できます。一覧から登録したアプリの通知は、オフの状態で始まります。
狙い目のカテゴリに、アプリのカテゴリを変えてもよいですか
カテゴリは、アプリの中身に合うものを選ぶ必要があります（App Review ガイドライン 2.3.5）。Rankpin の数字は、次に作るアプリのカテゴリを考える材料としてお使いください。
履歴を消したい・機種変更で引き継ぎたい
順位の履歴は「設定」の「データ」にある「順位の履歴をすべて削除」で消せます。登録したアプリは残ります。登録したアプリと順位の履歴は端末の中だけに保存しているため、運営者の側から引き継ぎや復元はできません。端末全体のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップなど）から新しい端末を設定した場合は、登録したアプリと履歴も移ります。
返金してほしい
Rankpin の購入と返金の手続きは Apple が行っています。運営者は購入者の情報を受け取らないため、運営者の側から返金することはできません。返金を希望する場合は、Apple の「問題を報告する」のページから申請してください。
Apple と関係がありますか
ありません。Rankpin は個人の開発者が作ったアプリで、Apple Inc. と提携しておらず、Apple Inc. の承認を受けたものではありません。順位は Apple が公開しているランキングのデータから取得しています。

Rankpin (English)
Rankpin helps indie developers pick the category for their next app by comparing real chart numbers. It also records where your own apps rank in every chart, even from before release.
- Opportunities: pick a country and Free or Paid to see, for each of 41 categories (including game subcategories), the ratings of the #1 app, the median ratings of the top 10, indie apps in the top 10 (estimated), apps in the top 10 released within the past year, the number of apps in the chart, and the ratings of the last app listed. Paid charts also show the price range and median price of the top 10.
- Tap a category to see its top 100 apps with ratings, release dates, and sellers.
- My Apps: add apps by name, developer, App Store URL, or App ID. See their rank in every chart they can appear in, with the change since Apple's previous update. Apps not yet released can be added by App ID.
- Rank history graphs, notifications, and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.
- One-time purchase. No in-app purchases, no account, no ads, no analytics, and no data collection. History stays on your device.
- Requires iOS 17 or later. Available in English and Japanese.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the change stay the same? The change compares the rank with Apple's previous chart update, not with your last check. Apple's charts can stay the same for several hours.
Why don't notifications arrive on time? While the app is closed, iOS decides when to check. Several hours can pass between checks, and no checks run while Background App Refresh is off or Low Power Mode is on. If you swipe the app away in the app switcher, it won't check until you open it again. Pull down on the My Apps list to check now.
Can I see ranks below #100? No. Apple's public chart data includes only the top 100 of each chart. For charts your app isn't in, Rankpin shows the ratings and release date of the lowest-ranked app as a reference.
Why are there fewer than 100 apps in a chart? Some apps drop out of Apple's chart data, so even busy categories often show 99. Rankpin shows the count only when fewer than 90 apps are listed.
Why isn't my app in its secondary category's chart? Category charts list apps by primary category only. The exception is Magazines & Newspapers, which also lists apps that chose it as their secondary category.
Where is Top Grossing on the App Store? Top Grossing is part of Apple's public chart data but isn't shown in the App Store app.
Can I see ranks from before I added an app? No. Recording starts when you add an app, because Apple's data doesn't include past ranks.
How accurate is "Indie Apps (Estimated)"? It's an estimate from the seller name: names with terms such as Inc., Ltd., LLC, or GmbH count as companies, and names in the form of a person's name count as individuals. Some companies that sell under a trade name may be counted as individuals.
Can I change my app's category to one with fewer ratings? Your app's category must match what the app does (App Review Guideline 2.3.5).
How do I get a refund? Apple handles purchases and refunds, and we don't receive any purchase information. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is Rankpin made by Apple? No. Rankpin is made by an independent developer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
