Rankpinプライバシーポリシー
Rankpin（以下「本アプリ」）の運営者（崎野 倫太郎。以下「運営者」）は、本アプリでの利用者の情報の扱いを次のとおり定めます。
1. 運営者は情報を集めません
本アプリは、利用者の情報を運営者に送りません。運営者はサーバーを持っていません。アカウントの登録、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号の入力は要りません。
App Store の「App のプライバシー」でも「データの収集なし」と申告しています。
2. Apple への通信
本アプリは、ランキング・アプリの情報を取得するために、端末から Apple が公開している次の窓口へ直接問い合わせます。運営者のサーバーは間に入りません。
- iTunes Store の RSS（カテゴリ別のランキング）と、Apple の RSS（総合の有料ランキング）
- iTunes Search API・Lookup API（アプリの検索、評価数・販売元名などの取得）
問い合わせの際、Apple には、利用者が入力した検索語、登録したアプリの App ID、選んだ国のコードが送られます。インターネットの通信と同じく、端末の IP アドレスなども Apple に届きます。Apple に届いた情報の扱いは、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本アプリの「App Store で見る」を選ぶと、App Store のアプリのページを開きます。そこでの購入や操作は Apple が扱います。
3. 端末の中に保存する情報
次の情報は、利用者の端末の中（本アプリとウィジェットが共有する保存場所と、本アプリ専用の保存場所）だけに保存します。
- 登録したアプリの App ID・名前・アイコンの画像
- 順位の記録（履歴）と、直前に取得したランキング・狙い目カテゴリの数値
- 順位を見る国、通知などの設定
端末の中に保存した情報は運営者には送られず、運営者が見ることもできません。利用者が端末全体のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップやパソコンへのバックアップ）をとっている場合は、バックアップにも含まれます。
順位の履歴は本アプリの「設定」から消せます。本アプリを削除すると、端末からも削除されます。
4. 通知
順位の通知は、本アプリが端末の中で順位を比べて作ります。運営者のサーバーからは送りません。通知の許可は、利用者が通知をオンにするときにだけ求めます。
5. 第三者への提供
運営者は利用者の情報を受け取らないため、第三者に提供することはありません。本アプリには、広告・分析・トラッキング・ログインなど第三者のしくみ（SDK）を組み込んでいません。アプリ内課金もありません。
6. 位置情報・カメラ・写真など
本アプリは、位置情報・カメラ・マイク・写真・連絡先へのアクセスを求めません。順位を見る国の初期値は、端末の「地域」の設定から決めます。
7. お問い合わせのメール
利用者がメールでお問い合わせをされた場合、運営者はいただいたメールアドレスと内容を、お返事と不具合の調査のためだけに使います。ほかの目的には使わず、第三者に提供しません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
内容を変える場合は、本ページで変更後の内容と日付をお知らせします。情報を集める機能を加える場合は、アップデートを配信する前にお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)
This policy explains how Rankpin ("the app"), operated by Rintaro Sakino ("we"), handles your information.
1. We collect no data
The app does not send any information to us. We run no servers. No account, name, email address, or phone number is required. The App Store privacy label says "Data Not Collected".
2. Requests to Apple
To get chart and app information, the app sends requests directly from your device to Apple's public services: the iTunes Store RSS feeds, Apple's RSS feed for the overall Top Paid chart, and the iTunes Search and Lookup APIs. Our servers are not involved. Apple receives the search terms you enter, the App IDs of the apps you add, and the country code you choose, along with your device's IP address as with any internet request. Apple handles this information under the Apple Privacy Policy. "View in App Store" opens the app's App Store page, which Apple handles.
3. Data stored on your device
The App IDs, names, and icons of the apps you add, rank history, the latest chart and Opportunities data, and your settings are stored only on your device (in storage shared by the app and its widget, and in the app's own storage). They are not sent to us and we cannot see them. They are included in device backups (such as iCloud Backup) if you make them. You can delete rank history in the app's Settings; deleting the app removes everything.
4. Notifications
Rank notifications are created on your device by comparing ranks. We do not send them from a server. The app asks for permission only when you turn notifications on.
5. Third parties
We do not share data because we do not receive any. The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or sign-in SDKs, and no in-app purchases.
6. Device permissions
The app does not ask for location, camera, microphone, photos, or contacts. The default country comes from your device's Region setting.
7. Email inquiries
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to investigate problems, and we do not share them.
8. Changes
We will post any changes on this page with the date. If we add a feature that collects data, we will announce it before the update.
