Rankpin利用規約
本規約は、Rankpin（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリの運営者は崎野 倫太郎（以下「運営者」）です。利用者は、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。
1. 使用許諾契約
本アプリの利用には、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。本規約と標準使用許諾契約の内容が食い違う場合は、標準使用許諾契約が優先します。
2. 料金と返金
- 本アプリは有料の買い切りです。アプリ内課金と定期購読はありません。
- 購入の手続きと代金の受け取りは Apple が行います。運営者は購入者の情報を受け取りません。
- 返金は Apple の手続きによります。返金を希望する場合は、Apple の「問題を報告する」のページから申請してください。返金するかどうかは Apple が決めます。運営者の側から返金することはできません。
3. 本アプリが表示する情報について
- 順位・評価数・販売元名・公開日などは、Apple が公開しているランキングのデータ（iTunes Store の RSS など）と iTunes Search API から取得したものです。運営者は、取得した情報が正確であること、すべてそろっていること、最新であることを保証しません。
- 各ランキングで表示できるのは上位100位までです。Apple がランキングを更新する時刻の関係で、App Store の表示と一時的にずれることがあります。
- 「個人開発（推定）」の数は、販売元の名前から推定した値で、誤りを含むことがあります。
- 本アプリの数値は、カテゴリを考える材料の一つです。アプリの順位や売上を保証するものではありません。アプリのカテゴリは、アプリの中身に合うものを選んでください（App Review ガイドライン 2.3.5）。
- アプリを閉じている間の確認と通知は、iOS が決めた時刻に行います。通知が遅れることや、届かないことがあります。
- Apple がデータの提供方法を変えた場合や提供をやめた場合、本アプリの機能の一部または全部が使えなくなることがあります。運営者は、サポートページの「お知らせ」で状況をお知らせし、アップデートでの対応に努めます。
- 本アプリに表示されるアプリの名前・アイコンなどの権利は、各権利者にあります。本アプリは、ランキングのアプリを見分けるためだけに表示しています。本アプリは Apple Inc. と提携しておらず、Apple Inc. の承認を受けたものではありません。
4. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたって次の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公の秩序に反する行為
- App Store のランキング・評価・レビューを不正に動かす目的で本アプリを使う行為
- 本アプリを改変・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブルする行為
- 本アプリまたは本アプリの画像・文章などを、運営者の許可なく販売・再配布する行為
- 本アプリで表示した情報を、まとめて第三者に販売・配布する行為
- 運営者または第三者に不利益や損害を与える行為
5. 免責
- 運営者は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、すべての端末で動作すること、利用者の目的に合うことを保証しません。
- 登録したアプリと順位の履歴は、利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。端末の故障・紛失・機種変更・本アプリの削除などで失われたデータを、運営者は復元できません。
- 運営者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
- 本アプリの利用によって利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、利用者が本アプリの購入に支払った金額を上限として責任を負います。
6. 規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。
7. 準拠法と管轄
本規約は日本法に従って解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use (English)
These terms govern your use of Rankpin ("the app"), operated by Rintaro Sakino ("we"). If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. License
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. If these terms conflict with it, the Apple agreement prevails.
2. Price and refunds
The app is a one-time purchase with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Apple handles purchases and payments, and we do not receive any purchase information. Refunds follow Apple's process: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides whether to issue a refund, and we cannot issue refunds ourselves.
3. About the information shown
Ranks, rating counts, seller names, and release dates come from Apple's public chart data (such as the iTunes Store RSS feeds) and the iTunes Search API. We do not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, or current. Only the top 100 of each chart can be shown, and ranks may briefly differ from the App Store because of Apple's update timing. "Indie Apps (Estimated)" is estimated from seller names and may be wrong. The numbers are one input for choosing a category and do not guarantee any rank or sales; your app's category must match what the app does (App Review Guideline 2.3.5). Checks and notifications while the app is closed run when iOS schedules them and may be delayed or skipped. If Apple changes or stops providing this data, some or all features may stop working; we will post the status on the support page and work on an update. App names and icons belong to their owners and are shown only to identify apps in the charts. Rankpin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not break the law, use the app to manipulate App Store charts, ratings, or reviews, modify or reverse-engineer the app, resell or redistribute the app or its assets, sell or distribute information shown in the app in bulk, or harm us or others.
5. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the app is free of bugs, works on every device, or fits your purpose. Your apps and rank history are stored only on your device, and we cannot restore lost data. We may change or discontinue the app. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
6. Changes
We may change these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
